I think to improve user experience on the site a good place to start would be forums. Currently it feels buggy and the Reply button seems to be the same as "Join the conversation" chat box and also the author of the post seems to repeat twice. In my opinion it would be better if forums were made as a chat rather then a board to post messages. I feel like it could be made much more appealing/satisfying for user to use.
