Huff N' Puff CollectR is played on a 6x6 grid with dropping symbols. Each round begins when the player presses Spin, dropping symbols onto the grid. The four pig characters are placed on the grid and move horizontally or vertically to collect gems that match their color, as well as any feature symbols they reach.

After a pig collects symbols, those symbols are removed from the grid and new ones drop in from above. This continues in a chain reaction as long as at least one pig can move. Wins are paid based on the number and payout level of gems collected.
