Tanked 3: First Blood 2

Tanked 3: First Blood 2 is a slot developed by Nolimit City, released on 9 June 2026. It is the follow-up to the original Tanked (2024), skipping a direct sequel in favour of a heavily expanded instalment that builds on the xLoot™ mechanic introduced in the first game.

The game runs on a hexagonal grid that starts at 4-5-6-5-6-5-4 and can expand up to 9-10-11-12-13-12-11-12-13-12-11-10-9 through in-game explosions and grid expansion mechanics. The maximum win stands at 25,584x the base bet.

Tanked 3: First Blood 2 is set in a war-torn jungle environment rendered in a colourful cartoon style. The backdrop features dense tropical foliage, rocky terrain, and battle-worn scenery. The game does not use paylines. Instead, wins are determined entirely by which symbols each character collects during their movement. The grid expands as gameplay progresses. xLoot™

Wins are paid when a character picks up a gem symbol of its matching colour. Wild symbols can be collected by any character. Each gem type has 7 payout levels. The level increases by 1 each time a character kills an enemy character symbol. Higher-level gems pay out significantly more than base-level gems.

Coin & Coinburst

Coins land on the grid with values of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, or 5,000. When a character picks up a coin, the player receives the coin's value multiplied by the base bet. If a character is killed, any coins collected during that spin drop to adjacent grid positions — but payouts already awarded from those coins are retained.

Coinburst: When a character collects a Coinburst symbol, all grid positions traversed by any character during that spin's avalanches are converted into coin symbols. Only empty positions, gems, and wilds can be converted. A Wild that becomes a coin cannot be collected by other characters.

Tank Boosters

Five types of Tank Boosters can be picked up by characters: Rocket, Loot Rocket, Grenade, Hatchet, and Airstrike. A character carries the booster until no further movement is possible, then activates it.

• Rocket — Fires at a random enemy character. Removes all enemies and payout symbols in the blast zone and expands the nearest grid section by 1 step.
• Loot Rocket — Works like the Rocket but also guarantees collection of all feature symbols dropped by killed characters, plus any new feature symbols (except Bombs) revealed during grid expansion.
• Grenade — Thrown at a random enemy. Removes all characters and payout symbols in the blast area.
• Hatchet — Targets the character holding it. Removes all characters and payout symbols in the blast area, but the holder survives.
• Airstrike — Hits 2 to 3 enemy characters. Removes all characters and payout symbols in each explosion pattern.

Killed characters reappear when new symbols drop in. Explosions do not affect Coins, Bombs, Coinburst, Tank Boosters, Bonus, or Wild symbols.

Bonus Buy Option: Yes — Tank Boosters are part of the xTra™ Spin purchase mechanic (see below).

Bombs

Two bomb types trigger when no characters can move and all Tank Boosters have been used:

• Bomb — Explodes in 1 direction, expanding the grid that way.
• Three Way Bomb — Explodes in 3 directions simultaneously.

All payout and character symbols in the blast path are removed and the grid expands. Removed characters reappear when new symbols drop.

Pickpocket & Booms

Three proximity-based events occur when multiple characters are adjacent and cannot move:

• Pickpocket (2 characters adjacent) — One character may receive a Tank Booster, Coinburst, or Bonus symbol.
• Small Boom (3 characters adjacent) — The character capable of removing the most symbols explodes, clearing characters and payout symbols in its pattern. Gems matching its colour gain +1 payout level.
• Big Boom (4 characters adjacent) — All characters explode, removing all payout symbols from the reels and expanding every grid section by 1 step. All gems gain +1 payout level.

xGlitch™

xGlitch™ may trigger when a character is limited to collecting only one symbol per avalanche. When active, only feature symbols fall during avalanches. This can repeat between 4 and 50 consecutive times, significantly accelerating the pace and frequency of feature symbol landings.

Grid Expansion

The grid is divided into 4 sections (top left, bottom left, top right, bottom right). Each section can expand a maximum of 3 times. Grid expansion is triggered by Rockets, Loot Rockets, Bombs, and Big Booms. Expanding the grid can reveal new feature symbols in the newly added positions.

The maximum grid configuration is 9-10-11-12-13-12-11-12-13-12-11-10-9.

Kill Drop

When a character is killed, it is guaranteed to drop a Coin symbol and scatter any coins it collected to adjacent positions. It may also drop one of the following: a Tank Booster, Bomb, Three Way Bomb, Bonus symbol, or Coinburst symbol.

Thresher Spins

Triggered when a character collects 3 Bonus symbols. Awards 7 Thresher Spins. Gem levels and grid size carry over from the base game and remain persistent. Each additional Bonus symbol collected during the feature adds +1 spin.

Bonus Buy Option: Yes — 100x base bet.

Reaper Spins

Triggered when a character collects 4 Bonus symbols. Awards 7 Reaper Spins. Operates like Thresher Spins with one addition: all Coins on the reels become sticky and remain between spins until collected. Coins present at the point of trigger also stay sticky throughout the feature.

Bonus Buy Option: Yes — 300x base bet.

The Dead Pay Well Spins

Triggered when a character collects 5 Bonus symbols. Awards 7 spins. Operates like Reaper Spins with one addition: Coins collected by characters are paid out immediately and then carried by those characters across spins. When a character is killed, all held Coins drop to adjacent grid positions and pay out again if picked up.

Bonus Buy Option: Yes — 800x base bet.

Nolimit Booster (xTra™ Spin)

At the end of a round, players may be offered the option to purchase an additional spin with a Tank Booster applied to one character. The spin retains the current grid size and symbol positions. The offer is only presented if the cost of the extra spin is equal to or less than the win from the previous spin.

Additional Nolimit Booster options available per spin:

• Bonus Blitz — Guarantees 1 Bonus symbol lands. Cost: 2x base bet.
• Guaranteed Coinburst — Guarantees 1 Coinburst symbol lands. Cost: 50x base bet.
• Maxed Out — Guarantees maximum grid size and all gems at level 7. Cost: 200x base bet.

God Mode

Allows the player to chase "A Different Perspective" — the max win state — by landing a MAX WIN symbol on the reels. Cost: 4,000x base bet. The max win of 25,584x is also awarded if the full MAX WIN symbol becomes visible in the reel area or if total winnings exceed the cap.

Tanked 3: First Blood 2 does not use traditional paylines. Instead, wins are generated when a character moves across the grid and collects matching gem symbols. Each gem type has 7 payout levels — the values below reflect Level 1 (base) and Level 7 (maximum) payouts per single gem collected, calculated at a €1.00 stake.
