Truth is a conspiracy theory-themed video slot developed by Shady Lady, an independent studio founded by iGaming industry veterans. Truth is released on March 26, 2026, and follows the studio's signature approach of pairing unconventional themes with inventive mechanics.

The Conspiracy Features each bring their own visual set pieces, from a flock of glitching drone-birds sweeping across the grid to symbols morphing into reptilian figures. The audio reinforces the mood with a tense, lo-fi undercurrent that fits the setting without becoming repetitive.

To start, set your bet using the – and + controls at the bottom of the screen, then press the spin button to play. Once a spin begins, the button converts into a quick stop option to speed up the round.

For automated play, select the Autoplay button and choose the number of rounds. Quickspin mode is also available and reduces the total spin time.

Three or more matching symbols on a payline, running left to right, create a win. Only the longest combination per payline pays. Wins are displayed in the paytable and reflect the current bet configuration. Bet size locks once a spin has been placed.

A random symbol type is selected and the Truth Realm activates across the entire middle row of the grid. After normal wins are evaluated, all instances of the selected symbol nudge toward the Truth Realm. Each nudge increases the Realm Multiplier by +1. Once all nudges are complete, the Realm Win is evaluated – symbols inside the Truth Realm pay according to the paytable without requiring adjacency (scatter pay).

Landing three Scatter symbols triggers the Bonus, awarding 6 Free Spins. Before the feature starts, a random symbol type is assigned as the Realm Symbol, and the Truth Realm forms across the middle row.

After normal wins are evaluated on each free spin, all instances of the Realm Symbol nudge toward the Truth Realm. Every nudge increases the Realm Multiplier by +1, and this multiplier persists for the full duration of the bonus. If a Realm Symbol lands directly on the Truth Realm line, it becomes Locked and contributes to all future Realm wins.
